By placing an order, you agree to the following:

Custom/Made-to-Order

Most items are custom and produced specifically for your order. Because of this, orders are final once production begins.

Artwork Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the artwork you upload or approve, including:

 

• Spelling, sizing, and placement

• Image resolution/quality

• Color expectations (screen colors vary)

 

We are not responsible for print results caused by poor-quality or incorrect files once printed.

Pressing/Application Responsibility

Transfers require correct application. We are not responsible for failures caused by:

 

• Incorrect temperature/time/pressure

• Fabric incompatibility

• Not following pressing instructions

• Washing/drying incorrectly

 

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate policies or include prohibited content.
