Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from Simply Digital. Because many of our items are made-to-order and/or custom, our return options depend on what you purchased.
Important: Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery
If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue (full item + close-up)
• Photos of packaging if damage occurred in transit
1) Custom products (Gang Sheets / Custom Prints / Made-to-Order)
Because custom items are produced specifically for you, all sales are final once production starts.
We will replace or refund only if:
• Your order arrives damaged, or
• There is a manufacturing defect (print issues, wrong item shipped, missing items).
Not eligible for refund/replacement:
• Issues caused by application/pressing errors (incorrect temp/time/pressure, household iron, insufficient pressure, wrong fabric, not pre-pressing, etc.)
• Normal wear/tear or washing/drying damage
• Color variation due to screen/monitor differences
• Customer-provided artwork issues (low resolution, incorrect sizing, missing transparent background, etc.) once approved/printed
• Carrier delays once the package is handed off to the carrier
• Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
2) T‑shirts (exchanges)
We accept size exchanges only. We do not offer returns for refunds unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Exchange rules:
• Request an exchange within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping (and any reshipment costs unless the exchange is due to our error)
3) Digital downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final once delivered or accessed. We do not offer refunds for digital downloads.

Order changes/cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled only before production starts. Once production begins, we cannot cancel or edit.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue, contact us first so we can help. Chargebacks for custom goods may be disputed with proof of production and delivery.
