Processing time (production)

Most small orders ship within 3 business days.

During peak volume, processing time may be longer. The estimated ship date shown at checkout is the best estimate.


Shipping time

Shipping transit time depends on the carrier service selected at checkout. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Where we ship

We currently ship to United States addresses only.


Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs and/or address correction fees charged by the carrier.


Lost / stolen packages

Once tracking shows Delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was stolen or is missing, please:

• Verify the shipping address on your order

• Check with household members/neighbors

• Contact the carrier


If you still can’t locate your package, contact us and we’ll help you investigate with the carrier. In some cases, we can offer either:

• A courtesy reship if you cover the reshipping cost, or

• A discounted replacement item


Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help.
